Rozhodl jsem zalozit dietni okenko, ktere treba nekomu nekdy pomuze pri logisticke priprave vyletu, zamezi behani kolem regalu s potravinami v obchodnim dome a nakupu doslova cehokoliv na posledni chvili.
Delam to ale hlavne pro sebe, protoze je tohle presne muj styl, kterehoz extremni variantu predvedl jsem pri jedne vyprave do slovenskych vrchu s Kostakem a na kopci v prvni z chat “zjistil”, ze se v me krosne nalezaji tri tatranky a jedno jablicko a nekolik nekonecnych vterin premyslel jak memu kamaradovi sdelit, ze potraviny pro nas dva na dalsi tri dny ma v batohu na zadech jen on.
Dieta vysokohorskeho vyletnika by mela byt vyvazena a mela by vypadat nejak takhle:
prijem 4,000 kcal / den v pomeru 60-65% uhlohydraty, 20-25% tuky, 10-15% protein.

cerealie, muesli tycinky, livance, basmati ryzi, hnedou ryzi, cervenou repu, nove brambory, banany, kiwi, ananas, hrozinky, meloun, cukr;
3. Low Glyceamic Index – 0-54 (co mam k tem cislum porad rikat...?!) - tito se uvolnuji pozvolna, v pohodicce, po vzoru jamajskych bratri a meli by se dlabat pred vyletem a behem dlouhodobe fyzicke pripravy ( hahaha ).
A tito tedy jsou:
nudle, pecivo se zrnickama ovsa, oni skacou hopsa, muelesley, ovesna kase, bila ryze, testoviny, instantni nudle, hrasek, mrdkev, kukurice, fazole, ovoce, jablecny cus, pomerancovy dzuz, mleko, jogurty, fazole v tomatove omacce!!, cocka, hrach, a tfuj tajbl soya;

Pri vyberu potravin je dobre byt ohleduplni na ostatni cleny vypravy, zejmena na za vami se v tesne blizkosti plahociciho kamarada. Pamatujte, ze vam nekdy muze zachranit zivot nebo vas treba pozvat na jedno. Tak si prosim nevhodne zvolenou stravou zbytecne nekazme dobre vztahy!
